TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: March 15th, 2026
Last Updated: March 15th, 2026

Welcome to Weekend Warrior Club LLC, doing business as Weekend Warrior Motorcycle Riding Club, WWMRC, and/or Weekend Warrior Club (“WWMRC,” “Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, membership offerings, rides, excursions, events, communications, products, services, content, community spaces, and related offerings, including those made available through www.wwmrc.com and any affiliated channels, apps, chats, forms, social media pages, and third-party platforms used by the Club.

By accessing our website, creating an account, applying for membership, purchasing a plan, registering for an event, joining a Club communication channel, buying merchandise, or participating in any Club activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, do not purchase offerings, and do not participate in Club activities.

1. Eligibility

You may use the website and participate in Club offerings only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and meet all Club eligibility requirements.

To participate in rides, excursions, and similar motorcycle activities, you represent and warrant that you:

  • are at least 18 years old, or otherwise have legally valid parental/guardian consent where permitted by law;

  • possess a valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement required for lawful operation;

  • maintain legally required motorcycle insurance;

  • own or lawfully operate a street-legal motorcycle in safe riding condition;

  • have appropriate riding gear and safety equipment;

  • have sufficient riding skill and experience for the applicable activity; and

  • will comply with all Club rules, ride instructions, posted requirements, and applicable laws.

The Club may refuse, revoke, restrict, or terminate access, membership, participation, or service to any person at any time in its sole discretion, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2. Scope of Club Offerings

WWMRC currently offers a motorcycle riding community centered around weekend riding, events, camaraderie, and related benefits. Current public offerings include, among other things:

  • seasonal membership plans, including a free plan and paid annual plans;

  • monthly rides and multi-day excursions;

  • event RSVPs and tier-based access;

  • community chat access;

  • route database access;

  • member ranks, discounts, and promotional perks;

  • branded merchandise and custom merchandise; and

  • charitable support links through third-party platforms.

All offerings are subject to change at any time without notice. The Club does not guarantee that any specific feature, plan, event, chat, route, product, discount, or perk will remain available for any particular duration.

3. Website and Account Use

You agree to use the website and any Club systems only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • use the website in violation of any law or regulation;

  • attempt to interfere with site operation, security, or performance;

  • scrape, reproduce, copy, frame, mirror, or exploit site content without permission;

  • use false information when applying, registering, or purchasing;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;

  • use the website or Club systems to harass, spam, solicit, recruit, or compete against the Club;

  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access; or

  • use any Club data, contacts, or member information for non-Club purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Membership Plans

The Club may offer free and paid membership tiers. As of the current public site, those plans include Nomad, Journeyman, and True Believer, with different pricing and tier-specific benefits.

4.1 Membership Nature

Membership is a revocable privilege, not a guaranteed right. Membership does not create any ownership, employment, partnership, fiduciary, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship with the Club.

4.2 Membership Term

Unless otherwise stated, paid memberships are valid for the term shown at purchase. Public plan descriptions currently present annual paid plans and a free plan.

4.3 Changes to Plans

The Club may modify plan names, pricing, features, benefits, eligibility, quotas, restrictions, and availability at any time, with or without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4.4 No Guarantee of Access

Membership does not guarantee access to every ride, event, excursion, chat, product drop, item, or promotion. Capacity, safety, logistics, route conditions, weather, host discretion, and operational needs may limit participation.

4.5 Member Conduct Requirement

Continued membership requires ongoing compliance with these Terms, Club rules, event rules, and safety standards.

5. Membership Approval, Suspension, and Removal

The Club may approve or deny any membership application in its sole discretion.

The Club may suspend, restrict, or terminate any membership, account, RSVP, or participation for any lawful reason, including if the Club believes that a person:

  • violated these Terms or any Club rule;

  • engaged in unsafe, reckless, unlawful, or disruptive conduct;

  • lacks required license, insurance, gear, motorcycle legality, or riding competence;

  • misrepresented eligibility or identity;

  • no-showed, repeatedly canceled, or disrupted operations;

  • harassed, threatened, or endangered others;

  • solicited or recruited members to competing clubs or entities;

  • has gang affiliations or otherwise conflicts with Club safety/community standards;

  • damaged Club property, reputation, goodwill, or relationships; or

  • is otherwise not a fit for the Club community.

The site currently states that all rules must be followed to join and remain in the Club and that violations can result in forfeiture of membership. Unless required by law, termination or removal does not entitle the member to any refund, replacement benefit, or compensation.

6. Fees, Billing, and Payment

All prices, dues, fees, and charges are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.

You authorize the Club and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, membership fees, renewals, event fees, taxes, shipping, and other applicable charges.

If a payment fails, the Club may suspend or cancel access, orders, RSVPs, benefits, or participation.

You are responsible for any taxes, shipping fees, processor fees, duties, or similar charges associated with your purchase, except to the extent the law requires the Club to collect and remit them.

7. Renewals and Cancellations

If any membership or service is sold on a recurring basis, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the plan selected at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date.

The Club may send renewal reminders as a courtesy, but is not obligated to do so unless required by law.

Cancellation of a recurring plan stops future billing only. It does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred and does not entitle you to a refund for the current term except as expressly provided by the Club or required by law.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise by the Club in writing or required by law.

8.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. If the Club advertises a specific guarantee or refund program, that program will apply only according to its stated conditions and only to the eligible offering.

8.2 Event and Excursion Fees

Unless otherwise stated, event and excursion fees are non-refundable because the Club may commit to routes, lodging, vendors, planning time, and capacity. If the Club voluntarily offers credits, transfers, or case-by-case exceptions, that does not waive its general policy.

8.3 Merchandise

Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange only if the Club expressly offers that option and the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition within the stated return period.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, nickname, and limited-run items are final sale and non-refundable except for verified defects, Club error, or as required by law. This is especially important because the current premium tier includes custom-name items.

9. Product Orders, Shipping, and Fulfillment

The Club may offer apparel, accessories, stickers, candles, hydration gear, and similar merchandise through its shop.

The Club reserves the right to:

  • limit quantities;

  • refuse or cancel orders;

  • correct pricing, listing, or inventory errors;

  • substitute comparable items where clearly disclosed;

  • discontinue products at any time; and

  • ship items in separate packages.

Delivery dates are estimates only. The Club is not liable for carrier delays, supply interruptions, customs issues, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or events outside its control.

Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping address or transfer to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Returned, refused, or undeliverable packages may be subject to reshipping charges.

10. Custom Merchandise Terms

If you submit a nickname, name, phrase, design instruction, or other personalization:

  • you represent that you have the right to use it;

  • it must not infringe rights or violate law;

  • the Club may reject, edit, shorten, or refuse any customization in its discretion;

  • final placement, color, font, and production method may vary; and

  • custom items are final sale except for verified defect or Club error.

Minor production variations do not constitute defects.

11. Rides, Events, Excursions, and RSVP Terms

The Club currently describes monthly rides, multi-day excursions, social activities, and seasonal riding from April through November, with rides across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

11.1 General

All rides, events, excursions, and meetups are subject to change, postponement, rerouting, rescheduling, limitation, or cancellation at any time for weather, safety, mechanical, attendance, venue, route, legal, health, operational, or any other reason.

11.2 RSVP and Attendance

RSVPs are commitments. The Club may prioritize attendance based on tier, safety, reliability, ride fit, leadership judgment, or capacity. The public site currently references priority RSVP and also states that RSVP no-shows receive one warning before being removed from the Club.

The Club may enforce stricter attendance and no-show rules than those summarized publicly, including cancellation deadlines, waitlists, forfeiture of deposits, or participation restrictions.

11.3 Excursions

Excursions may involve lodging, third-party venues, attractions, restaurants, tolls, interstate travel, and overnight stays. The current site states that excursion packages may cover only specified accommodations and listed events, and not gas, gear, or other supplies.

You are solely responsible for all costs not expressly included.

11.4 Independent Judgment

Ride leaders and organizers may provide guidance, route plans, pacing expectations, communications, or formation instructions, but each rider is solely responsible for operating their own motorcycle safely and lawfully at all times.

12. Safety Rules and Rider Obligations

The Club emphasizes that riding safe is central to the community and publicly states rules requiring legal compliance, license/endorsement, insurance, street-legal motorcycles, basic experience, ride leader guidance, safe riding, no racing, no wheelies, no violence or harassment, no gang affiliations, and no recruiting to competing clubs.

Without limiting any other requirement, you agree that you:

  • ride and attend at your own risk;

  • will obey all federal, state, and local laws;

  • will not ride impaired, fatigued, dangerously, or beyond your capability;

  • will not race, stunt, wheelie, weave, or intentionally endanger others;

  • will follow group protocols while exercising independent legal and safety judgment;

  • will maintain your motorcycle in safe and lawful operating condition;

  • will wear appropriate protective gear;

  • will honestly disclose relevant experience or limitations when asked;

  • will not bring weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items to Club events except as lawfully possessed and disclosed where required;

  • will not harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against anyone; and

  • will not solicit, recruit, poach, or exploit members for competing clubs, businesses, or personal gain without Club permission.

The Club may remove any rider or attendee from any activity immediately if safety or community concerns arise.

13. Assumption of Risk

Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. Participation in rides, group rides, excursions, events, meetups, roadside stops, parking-lot staging, social gatherings, route planning, and any related activity involves risks including serious injury, death, disfigurement, paralysis, emotional distress, theft, property damage, collision, weather exposure, road hazards, animal encounters, mechanical failure, navigation error, food issues, third-party acts, and emergency response delays.

By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, even if arising from negligence of other participants or third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Release; Waiver of Liability; Indemnification

Important: This section helps, but for ride and event protection you should also use a separate standalone rider waiver/release signed at join and again for excursions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Weekend Warrior Club LLC, its owners, managers, officers, members, volunteers, ride leaders, organizers, agents, affiliates, sponsors, partners, vendors, venues, and representatives from claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the website;

  • your membership or participation in the Club;

  • rides, excursions, events, meetups, and social gatherings;

  • route planning, guidance, communication, or ride leadership;

  • merchandise purchases or use;

  • third-party venues, roads, lodging, restaurants, or services; and

  • acts or omissions of other participants or third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from any claim, liability, damage, loss, judgment, penalty, fine, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

  • your conduct;

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • your violation of law;

  • your negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct;

  • your motorcycle, gear, passengers, guests, or property; or

  • your infringement or misuse of rights, content, or Club assets.

Nothing here waives rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

15. Medical and Emergency Terms

You are responsible for your own medical needs, medications, emergency contacts, transportation, and insurance coverage.

In an emergency, the Club may attempt to contact emergency services or your emergency contact, but has no duty to supervise, monitor, rescue, transport, or provide medical care.

You authorize emergency assistance at your expense if the Club or a third party reasonably believes it appropriate.

16. Community Standards; Chat; Social Channels

The current site references an active WhatsApp community chat and daily member chat access as part of certain plan benefits.

The Club may host or use chats, text groups, email lists, social media groups, forum tools, or similar channels. Participation in such spaces is a privilege.

You may not post or share:

  • harassment, hate, threats, or abusive content;

  • unsafe riding encouragement;

  • illegal content;

  • spam, scams, or deceptive promotions;

  • confidential or personal information of others without consent;

  • content that harms the Club’s reputation or operations;

  • recruiting or poaching communications; or

  • sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content for the community.

The Club may monitor, moderate, remove content, restrict access, or remove users in its discretion, but has no obligation to do so.

17. User Content and License to the Club

If you submit, post, upload, tag, email, or otherwise provide content to the Club, including photos, reviews, comments, route suggestions, testimonials, rider names, personalization text, videos, or social content, you grant the Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for Club, promotional, archival, marketing, merchandising, and operational purposes.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant that license.

The Club is not obligated to use or maintain any submitted content.

18. Photo, Video, and Publicity Release

By attending Club rides, events, excursions, or gatherings, you consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise captured.

You grant the Club the right to use your name, likeness, voice, image, motorcycle image, nickname, and biographical references in any media for Club, promotional, documentary, merchandising, website, and social purposes without further approval, notice, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

If you do not want to appear, you must notify the Club in writing in advance, though the Club cannot guarantee incidental exclusion from crowd or public-scene imagery.

19. Intellectual Property

All Club content, branding, names, logos, slogans, graphics, photographs, layouts, copy, membership tier names, patches, designs, merchandise art, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Weekend Warrior Club LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

“Weekend Warrior Motorcycle Riding Club,” “WWMRC,” associated logos, and Club branding may not be used without prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, sell, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Club materials without authorization.

20. Anti-Solicitation and Non-Interference

To protect the Club’s community and goodwill, you agree not to use the website, Club channels, events, or member access to:

  • solicit members for unrelated businesses or causes without written permission;

  • recruit members to another motorcycle club, riding group, or competing organization;

  • interfere with Club vendors, sponsors, venues, or partnerships;

  • scrape or export member data; or

  • undermine, disparage, or sabotage Club operations.

The public site already states that no soliciting or recruiting members to other clubs or competitive entities is allowed.

21. Third-Party Services, Links, and Donations

The Club may use or link to third-party providers for payments, shipping, chat, mapping, route tools, lodging, social media, forms, merchandise production, event registration, and donations.

The site currently links to a third-party donation platform for philanthropy and references third-party route platforms such as Google Maps and Rever.

The Club is not responsible for third-party platforms, terms, privacy practices, availability, acts, omissions, products, services, donations, or performance. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Donations made through third-party platforms are governed by those platforms and the receiving organization’s terms, not by these Terms unless expressly stated.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, memberships, rides, events, content, communications, products, services, and all related offerings are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Club disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, reliability, availability, and uninterrupted access.

The Club does not warrant that:

  • the website will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted;

  • rides or events will occur as scheduled;

  • routes, maps, timing, or venue details will be accurate;

  • communications will always be delivered;

  • chat access or third-party tools will remain available;

  • products will always be in stock; or

  • any membership will produce a particular result, relationship, experience, or outcome.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekend Warrior Club LLC and its owners, managers, officers, members, volunteers, organizers, ride leaders, affiliates, agents, sponsors, partners, vendors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, opportunity, or reputation, arising from or related to your use of the website, membership, rides, events, merchandise, or participation, even if advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Club for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Club offerings shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid to the Club in the 12 months preceding the claim; or

  • one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions limit certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of this section may apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact the Club first at the designated Club email to attempt to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

If you initiate an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, the Club may suspend your access, revoke benefits, contest the dispute, recover costs to the extent permitted by law, and deny future membership or purchases.

25. Privacy

Your use of the website and Club services may also be governed by a separate Privacy Policy if posted.

If no separate Privacy Policy is yet posted, you should add one. Because you are collecting account, payment, newsletter, and member/community data, having only Terms is not enough operationally.

26. Electronic Communications and E-Sign Consent

By using the website or providing contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Club, including emails, notices, account messages, newsletters, event reminders, policy updates, and transactional communications.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the website, the Club, merchandise, events, rides, or participation shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.

28. Venue; Dispute Resolution

A business-protective version would include mandatory individual arbitration, a class action waiver, and a New Jersey venue fallback for claims that cannot be arbitrated.

Draft language:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, membership, purchases, rides, events, or Club activities shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in New Jersey, and not in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for qualifying claims or injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, confidential information, member data, or Club goodwill.

You and the Club waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, collective action, representative action, or private attorney general action.

Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable for a given claim, exclusive venue for that claim shall lie in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

This section should be reviewed by counsel before use.

29. Force Majeure

The Club is not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including weather, road closures, acts of God, natural disasters, wildfire smoke, pandemics, government action, labor shortages, transportation failures, vendor failures, utility outages, internet outages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, mechanical shortages, supply-chain disruptions, or emergencies.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

31. No Waiver

Failure of the Club to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

32. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Club’s written consent.

The Club may assign these Terms and its rights or obligations at any time in connection with reorganization, sale, transfer, merger, financing, or other business change.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any posted policies, membership rules, event rules, waivers, checkout terms, and incorporated notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Club regarding the covered subject matter and supersede prior understandings relating to that subject matter.

34. Changes to These Terms

The Club may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the website or otherwise providing notice.

Your continued use of the website or participation in Club offerings after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
